Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this site.
Products and pricing
We do our best to describe our product and display it accurately. Product photography is representative; minor variation in finish or packaging can occur. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious error.
Orders
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you receive a full refund.

Safe use of this product
The Close Call Trimmer is a personal grooming device intended for trimming nose hair, ear hair, and eyebrows. Use it as directed. Do not use it on irritated, broken, or infected skin. This product is not a medical device and makes no medical claims. Keep it out of reach of children. For hygiene reasons we recommend it not be shared between people.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photography, video, graphics, and the Close Call name and logo, is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or used commercially without written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or to interfere with its normal operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Close Call is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
