30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. If Close Call isn't the easiest step in your routine, contact us and we'll refund your purchase price.

How to start a return or refund

Email 247carkeysdfw@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We respond within 2 business days.

Because this is a personal grooming product, we usually do not ask you to ship a used trimmer back to us. In most cases we will approve your refund without requiring a return. If a return is required, we will send you written return instructions and the return address at that time. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us, as unauthorized returns cannot be tracked or refunded.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your trimmer arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid. You will not be asked to pay return shipping in these cases.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it is still covered by the 30-day guarantee above.

Items not eligible

Gift cards and any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund.
